WHO IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
At Stellari, we stand behind the quality of our premium appliances. This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of a Stellari product (referred to as “you”). It does not transfer to subsequent owners. To claim warranty service, you must provide the original purchase receipt.
90-Day Warranty for Refurbished Products
If you purchase a renewed or refurbished Stellari appliance, we provide a 90-day limited warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage. However, it does not include accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic imperfections. If an issue arises within this period, contact our Customer Support Team with proof of purchase for assistance.
WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
The standard warranty for Stellari appliances is two (2) years from the original purchase date. However, certain product categories have different coverage terms:
Commercial Use: If your Stellari product is used in a non-residential setting, it will be covered under a 6-month parts and labor warranty (or 6-month parts-only warranty for applicable products).
Outdoor Kitchen Suite: Covered for 2 years, parts only.
Cooling Appliances: If a sealed system failure occurs, we may replace the unit with a new or refurbished model of equal or similar features at our discretion.
The warranty period does not extend if a product is repaired or replaced. Coverage ends if the product is sold or transferred.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in Stellari appliances and their internal components for the specified Warranty Period.
WHAT WILL STELLARI DO?
If a defect arises within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the appliance or defective parts at no charge. Replacement parts or appliances may be new or factory-refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.
In-home repair services may be available within the United States, subject to location. If service is not possible in your area, a replacement product may be provided at our discretion.
This warranty applies to Stellari products purchased and used within the United States and Canada.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover:
Shipping or transportation damage unless reported within 7 days of delivery.
Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents, etc.) unless caused by a defect in materials or workmanship and reported within 90 days of delivery.
Damage due to improper installation, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, modifications, external accidents, or misuse.
Disposal fees.
Service for defects outside the Warranty Period.
Damage to home structures (floors, walls, furniture) during installation.
Rust on interior or exterior surfaces.
Products with altered, removed, or missing serial numbers.
“As-is” products, display units, auctioned or discontinued items.
Spoiled food resulting from cooling product failures.
Freezer and refrigerator liners.
Replacement of expendable items (light bulbs, filters, plastic components, etc.).
Damage from natural disasters, pests, or external environmental factors.
Shipping and transportation costs for repairs or replacements.
Service-related travel fees for remote locations.
Service calls for issues not covered by the warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This warranty provides your sole and exclusive remedy. Under no circumstances shall Stellari’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply in all jurisdictions.
DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If such warranties cannot be disclaimed, they are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.
